Wisconsin Ride for Homeless Vets
Motorcycle Poker Run
Saturday,June 20th, 2009


All proceeds from this Poker Run will go to the New Community Shelter, Inc. of Green Bay, for the sole purpose of helping homeless veterans.  (www.newcommunityshelter.org) 
They stood up for us.  Now it’s our turn.

Ride ends
At the Ski Hill in Lakewood Wisconsin, and the Ski Hill Bar

    • Rough camping available free of charge.
    • Continental breakfast, and lunch provided on ride
    • Raffles, food and other venders
    • D. J. Wild Bill, LIve Music by Johnny Mars also one other rock band.

47% of them are Vietnam Era Veterans.
67% served over three years in the armed forces.
89% received an Honorable discharge.
76% experience alcohol, drug, or mental health issues.
46% are age 45 or older.
